A god centered marriage


Every once in a while, you meet a couple that reminds you exactly why you do what you do. Addison and Jacob’s wedding day was one of those days that felt like something out of a dream — full of joy, laughter, legacy, and the unmistakable presence of God’s hand in it all.

Their love story began in the most unexpected of ways — through best friends dating best friends. (I mean, can you write a better setup?) Addison met her best friend’s boyfriend while at Georgia Southern. After graduation, that couple moved to Atlanta, and one fateful Labor Day weekend, Addison went to visit — and there he was: Jacob. Tall, kind-hearted, and apparently, pretty unforgettable.

They’d heard stories about each other for years. They even tailgated at the same SEC Championship game once… each with different dates, no idea that the person they’d eventually build a life with was standing just a few feet away. God had already started writing their story — they just hadn’t flipped to that chapter yet.

Their wedding day was nothing short of magical. The morning began at the historic Reynolds House in downtown Brunswick, where Addison and her bridesmaids got ready surrounded by soft light, delicate details, and the kind of quiet excitement that makes your heart beat faster. Addison was an absolute vision — elegant, radiant, and grounded in the calm confidence of a woman marrying the man God created for her.


And then… The Queen & Grant. A venue as charming and full of Southern character as this couple themselves. From the moment guests arrived to the final twinkle-light send-off, every part of the day was saturated in love and intention. The florals were lush, the vows were sacred, and the joy in the room was contagious. Jacob’s face when he saw Addison walk down the aisle? That kind of look doesn’t fade with time. That’s the forever kind.


The day wasn’t just about two people falling in love — it was a celebration of family, faith, and God’s perfect timing. Their friends and families were truly some of the kindest souls I’ve had the honor of photographing, and watching generations come together in celebration was a reminder of the beautiful legacy these two are stepping into.
